Let me count the ways: it's overpriced; the lease is super restrictive and unfair; the leases start in mid-august, no exceptions; you can't go month-to-month; the manager is rude, unprofessional, and stingy; they conduct invasive "preventive" inspections on short notice that are probably illegal and not in the lease in any case; repairs are slow and done with cheap materials that soon break again.

Basically, this place is run by a corporation set on milking students' parents for all they're worth. Look elsewhere.
