As long as you dont mind hearing your neighbor's telephone conversations or television going (yes, THIN walls and floors!), and as long as it doesnt bother you having cigarette mildew odor that never airs out, and the overall dingyness of the place, then this is your spot...right on the edge of the UC Riverside campus.
