Terrible when I was there

No central AC in an apartment complex in Riverside where temperature hits the 100s easily. Car was broken into and the area is claimed by a gang supposedly. If you enjoy hearing your neighbors TV and conversations then this is the place for you. Work orders are done after 3-4 months after you turn it in. Management is always quick to threaten to evict you for any small reason it seems. Heard they are improving from friends who still live there.
