I would NEVER recommend anyone living here unless you are desperate. The apts is small and crappy. The walls are thin and can hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, the floor squeeks as you walk, the carpets are filthy, walls are chipped, disgusting water stains they you just can't get rid of no matter what chemicals you use, staffs are rude, parking sucks,etc. The ONLY good thing is that it is close to UCR, only takes 5-7 mins to walk to campus
