Unless you are completely stranded, there are plenty of other apartments available in Riverside. The complex is close to UCR, but if you have a car, then within a 3 mile radius you can find a v. wide range of apartments. The floors squeak, the carpet is just vaccumed when you get the apt., but on leaving you have to champoo it and return it. It is definately the cheapest one compared to the rest, by a difference of about $50-75, depending on your lease. The management wsa good before, now I get the feeling its going down hill. I lived here twice, for period of 6 months. My first stay here was good but I can't say the same for my second stay when the management changed, they are more money minded now. Making a fast buck on your expense. Uncovered parking is ample but open, and the complex is not gated.
