I made the best of a very simple 1 bed 1 bath apartment. At the end of our stay I was a little more than satisfied, however not very happy.
1)The commnunity was quite, more a family place, and I liked that a lot.
2) Parking was great, I had my car broken into, but what complex doesnt have that ALL the time. It was my fault for leaving my backpack and stereo in plain view. you cant get away with that in Riverside
3) The ground are nothing nice, but they are clean. There is two pools but no hot tub.
4) The rent was SO cheap and it is the shortest little walk to UCR which is great in saving money at a time like this when gas and UCR parking permits are rediculously over priced.
5) Pets are allowed, but you have an extra deposit and monthly fee
6) If you do decided to live here, make sure you move into a newly carpeted apartment. Our neighbor moved in two weeks before me and his carpet looked 10 years old. It was disgusting. However I had new carpeting, flooring in the kitchen and bathroom and freshly painted walls

Its very plain but if you have a taste for interior design like I do, you can really make it a cozy very cute apartment if you dont require a huge, furnished luxury apartment.
*And one more thing, prepare for lots of fans in the bedroom, because it is only central AC, which means the living room stays cool and your bedroom will recieve absolutly no AC.
