Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I will write a detailed review *after* I move out, as I don't want them to dislike me (they have the keys to my apartment and I do not trust them one bit ... they being management). For now, just look at the ratings. I will say this: the staff is rude and unresponsive.
Only bonuses: Close to campus, cheap, plenty of parking (not covered, but oh well).
