I wouldn't recommend living here at all. The grounds are not kept up at all, it took several months to just get a trash can put in the common area. Speaking of the commone area, the BBQ pit has not worked the entire time I've lived here. The apartments have switched managers several times and have been bought over several times. I don't think anyone will stick because the community needs a lot of renovations. The apartments are small, only 620 ft for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments. The tubs aren't suited for baths and the time you have to wait for hot water is ridiculous. Overall, it's not worth the cost of living in Canyone Crest. There are several places that are nicer and more fairly priced. The cars are broken into on a weekly basis and no matter how many police reports are filed the management doesn't do anything. There have been several petitions that have gone around to fix the grounds, mail boxes, parking lots, wood on the balconies, leakes within the apartments but nothing's been done. I definetely wouldn't recommend anyone to move in. With rent raised at the end of every lease it's just not worth it.
