When we first moved here almost 3 years ago, we had a wonderful, attentive manager and a part-time handyman. After the manager left, we went through a year of temporary managers, and things were terrible. The complex was bought about 9 months ago, and since then, it's been wonderful. There's a large maintenance staff that works every day to keep the grounds nice, and all the apartments are being rennovated. The current manager is very organized, prompt and on top of things. When we first moved in here, there was a problem with cars being broken into, but with additional parking lot lighting, there hasn't been an instance of vandalism or theft. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.
