I lived at View Pointe a few years ago, I lived there with my new baby, and her dad. I am reading all these complaints about the management, I thought they where great. Maintenance was nice too. Kanita, Dorinda, Toni (can't remember the two new girls names but they where very pleasant also), all the staff there made you feel like family. The apartment was small but you where paying for the luxury, and believe me go somewhere else before you complain because you get what you are paying for. A great living environment.
Only thing, do not park in the handicapped or someone else's parking because you don't want to end up like me and get towed several times.
People complaining about the Shooting range, how does that have anything to do with the Apartment Complex' It's the cities doing, they have nothing to do with it. Although, it is sometimes annoying and disrupting. But again, here shows the great management team, they will move allow you to move to a different location if you are having trouble. So I give this complex an A. My daughter's father went as far as trying to move back 6 months ago,(only reason he didn't was because his job relocated him to Orange County so he moved to Corona, poor guy he should have gone to View Pointe anyways). They also had gatherings, or functions that included BBQ's, and Pizza parties, they rent out videos. Try finding that somewhere else. Is it the same staff members as before' One bad thing was they made us pay extra deposit because of credit blemishes, and they did keep more than we thought they would.
