I would recommend at least checking it out. I have heard bad things about the new management tho.. I hear they are unconcerned and could care less. The view I had was great, and watching the bunnies on the hill from our balcony was fun. The fwy noise wasn't too bad, and I never heard the people attached behind us.. we only had people behind and below us, not next door. Parking was almost never totally taken up. The pool could get a little crowded but I've experienced much worse. Usually during the day there was no one out there. The neighborhood is pretty good - canyon crest is a good area.
