When ConAm owned the building when I first moved in on april of 05 everything was well taken care of. I had no complaints and when I did they would take care of it right away with no problems. After ConAm sold the building to Equity apartments it started to go downhill. The people in the office have a bad attitude and when we complained about something wrong in the apartment they would take forever to send someone over or they'd end up forgetting. A couple of times when I needed to call the office on a weekday while I was at work nobody would answer( and this was during their business hours from 9-6pm m-f). The overall cleanliness of the place has gotten really bad. I would always find dirt or trash on my parking space. The apartment itself is very nice but management I think could be alot better. Would I recommend it to anyone I know....NO WAY.

Property is very clean and grass is green and well maintained. Regular work orders are completed within 2 business days & they guarantee it.
