The Villa Maria Apts is a very clean and well kept apartment building. I see the manager always outside cleaning and watering the grounds, the pool area is fantastic, and they have done alot around the grounds with new plants and trees. The manager is cool, she does her job but she is fair in all of the apartments i have lived in she is the only manager i've ever seen on the grounds working. The apartments themselves are fixed up very nice and are clean when they are shown it's the best place i have ever lived in.
