Very pretty - Unreliable maintenance and staff

This is a very pretty place, but it has problems beneath the surface. The management company changes constantly. Most of the time, it has had slow and sometimes incompetent maintenance workers, indifferent and downright rude office staff, and poor security.
My car has been broken into 3 times in the last 3 months. My air conditioner only works some of the time, but I don't want to get the workers out again since they were here every day for a week the last time they came to fix it. Apparently, the space available for the fan is smaller than any proper fan made these days, so they had to cut a big hole to wedge a new one in and it doesn't quite work right. The space for refrigerators is also incredibly tiny. Sell your normal refrigerator, because you'll need the smallest one made. My neighbors love to boom their music and I have to complain regularly.
The things that really pushed me to move were the recent rent increases and the number of car thefts and break-ins. In 1 1/2 years, the rent for a one bdrm went from $645 to $850.
Why did I live here for 3 years' They used to have low rent for such a nice looking complex, the management kept changing and I figured the new ones would be better (and for 3 months in 2003 there was a happy, friendly and efficient staff here), it used to be a safe place to live, and the location is great as far as shopping, resataurants, and entertainment.
