When moved in all was well, until water come through my ceiling twice. After much fighting I had a few days pro-rated off my rent. Then when I signed another years lease the information on the lease was wrong and never corrected. When I received a 30-day lease renewal flyer, It stipulated that my lease was up on May 31, which to my knowledge it was, when approaching the management team they denied such alligation and Fair Housing had to be involved to be released from my fraudulant lease (they never submitted a copy to us). After move out a woman by the name of Lora (be careful of her, shes a snake) chose to bill me for the remainder of the month of June out of spite and to cause more of a headache for us as she had a vendetta. I was very nice giving them time to correct the issue and 2-3 weeks later still no refund of deposit. This now brought the total time to 6 weeks waiting for my deposit refund. When called to ask the status I was informed the prior week it had been processed at the apartment community end and had to go to corporate accounting, which violated the Califonia State Law demanding it be returning after three weeks. I still dont have my deposit back....So word to the wise, dont rent here these people are wolves in sheeps clothing and sharks in murky water. They're overpriced and take advantage of peoples dislike to relocate, even given you were a wonderful tenant who paid rent on time every month. Again beware of Waterstone Magnolia and the woman in the office named Lora (She doesnt like her job, I believe, so you will suffer according to her decided level of suffering.)

I lived next to this resident he was just very unhappy with his life so he chooses to blame others for his unhappiness.
