We actually found this place looking at the complex next door and decided to stop in. they said the units usually go fo 1200 but were having a deal for $900, sounded too good to be true. the model was nice...then we moved in. the unit wasn't remodeled (not a big deal) except it was a wreck, extremely chipped bathtubs (the master has a hole cracked in the bottom), chipped linoleum, broken microwave, the outlets don't hold plugs. Called maintainance, took a week for them to get back to us. The manager was very rude and not helpful. a drawer was broken in the kitchen they took it to be fixed and we got it back almost 2 weeks later. THEN the cockroaches came out and they are everywhere, kitchen, dishwasher, in the clock in the oven, bathrooms they even migrated to the living room. We are very clean so i don't understand the quick spread. they have a guy come out and spay on mondays but you have to sign up in the office ahead of time and themn remind them on the day and then wait for them to show up anytime between 9 and 4 and then be vacant from the unit for 4 hours. save your money and your sanity and go somewhere else!

sounds like you lived in unit 6K. I had many of the same problems. Plus a huge cat prob. Couldn't go out on the back patio because of the smell from all the cats.
