Habbitable But Inconvenient

Yes, I am currently a resident residing at White Oak and I must say that these apartments are ok, but at the same time it's ghetto. For instance, people go into the dumpsters looking for cans and bottles, there was a huge drug bust like 2 months ago, damn roaches just came this year due to dirty a-- neighbors. Plus the apartments only have like 2 washing machines and 2 dryers for 50 apartment units, and they are dirty and take your coins. Also, the manager doesn't care and cannot speak English to resolve problems, there is no patio, it gets hot as hell in summer (no central ac, only a ghetto ass swamp window cooler), plus it is cold as hell in the winter with old ass wall heaters (ghetto), people hang out from time to time, and the damn rent Max is charging here ain't worth the ammenities. He's charging me way more to stay here than others. The real price is like $775.00 for a one bedroom, but I am being charged like $875, but I took off some of the money from rent to buy the bug spray. Although Max is a nice and humble man, I feel that I am being ripped off, and I am sick of the roaches running around here and having to bomb every weekend. If it wasn't for the roach issue, most of the other bull s--- would sort of be tollerable. Plus the last issue is that you can hear everything nextdoor to you and above you, literally. I can hear my neighbors piss and take a shower, and the wife upstairs even pukes every night cause she has to suck her man's d---. The only way I know is cause I have heard him shout at her. So annoying, can't wait to get up outta here soon. But on the flip side, there's no killings or drive-by's, it's quiet most of the time,it's in a good area of Riverside (Arlington and Magnolia), and there's no bad a-- kids running around screaming and unsupervised. So it has alot of negative points here, but there are a VERY FEW good points about it too. So if you wanna move here, you decide based on what I have said. Good luck. But save yourself the drama of roaches unless you are use to that lifestyle.
