I have lived in Windemere for over two years. Here is a very honest, and open review as best as I can give.
The previous person is correct, it has lost it's flavor. They used to have monthly newsletters, and community gatherings where you could meet your neighbors. There has been none of this in over six months.
The front office staff are nice. Most of my needs have been attended to throughout my tenure. However, there has also been moments where the staff is unfamiliar with California Tenant Laws and I have had to point out their errors.
The grounds ARE unkept as of late. There are a few people who like to litter, and it usually goes uncleaned. Also, the dumpsters are not monitored so anyone can come in and dump their items. So trash tends to spread when the dumpsters are overflowing. Also, they used to send us a notice to inform us that stairwells were being spryaed/cleaned. This has not been done in over a year.
Parking. It is true that guest spots are VERY limited. Yet usually during the day parking is fairly open.

Overall, it's a good place to live. There are issues here and there but you might find that anywhere. I would say it's not bad. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
