My experience here was average, until I moved out. I did a move-out inspection with a staff member and was given a receipt showing that most of my security deposit would be refunded to me. I moved out on March 31st, and my security deposit refund has still not been received. An original check was sent out but was written to an incorrect name and I was unable to cash it. After multiple phone calls and a personal visit to the office I believe that a replacement has finally been mailed. The office staff is in no hurry to fix the error and was unable to figure out how to issue a new check promptly.
