It is close to UCR, and the price was fair. But the staff was very devious and two faced. Gladys who is assistant to the apartment tenant Pam, inspected my apartment when I was moving out and deducted the safety deposit for the charge of cleaning dust that I could have easily cleaned at that time. UNBELIEVABLE ISN'T IT'!' I hope that the apartments go under new management, Pam is a very nice lady on the surface but she only cares about herself and policies. She is really in it for the money. It is sad to see her smoke and give it to her young son who will more than likely get second hand smoke damage.

The serious issues of this place were car thefts, one of my close friends' Civic was stolen on the street Rustin, and another friend who currently resides there has a friend who got his whole car stripped down. I have seen about four car windows shattered, witnessed a count of domestic violence and seen the cops present at that location three times for violence and drug raids. Woodside is dangerous and is located near desperate homeless people who rob the students of UCR, it is very sad to see that Riverside has this area that brings more negetive reputation to the city.

The walls are thin and the sound of other dwelling units next door and up/down stairs can be heard. People have sex can be heard late at night and it is very disgusting. The swimming pool / jacuzzi is clean but they are just two cement holes with a very unpleasant design.

The backyards are simply dirt lots that are stiff and packed dense, they are practically impossible to have grass grown.

I had to write maintenance slips for faulty toilets, faucets and door lock problems about seven times in the course of the year and it was nice for the apt. manager to not charge me, but it should've been in better condition.

Woodside is mainly for students but ends up being for many low income families and drug dealers as well. Take my words seriously, this location has high risk of car theft and crime. Watch your backs, if you live here. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
