When I first moved in it was great, very responsive, clean place. Now I have lived here a few months and there are loiters everywhere parking is not enforced, the staff is great unless you really have a problem. Not only that there is trash everywhere now. I would not recommend this place. I first thought that the price was fair because it was nice and clean. Not anymore overpriced for an unsafe place with BAD parking and trash everywhere.
