i knew of the di renzo's cause i used to live right across from them, and already knew they were beautiful apartments. so i go in on a special they are running on the internet which was 2 months free. i figured it was definetally worth checking out. i looked at a model and loved it...i was already sold on it till the office employee's opened there mouth ESPECIALLY the disrespectful manager. the sales woman said the offer on the net was not valid anymore as of last week, and the manager needed to update the offer, but she said she would talk to the manager and see if she would uphold it. so at the time i was content with that, leaving the di renzo's feeling like we would soon be moving there. that monday the sales woman calls and lets me know that the manager would not budge and hold up to the net offer and maybe i should call and talk to the manager myself. so i called and talked to the manager the following afternoon, in which her and i argued for a good 15 minutes about the issue. which i told her that her issue should be with rent.com and not me cause there ad wasnt updated in a timely manner. so i told her that they are running a bait and switch program and her reply was that she has all kinds of lawers on her side and they wouldnt screw up like this and she was in the business too long to screw up. but little did she know she did fumble up by telling me that the offer ended on monday, yet i was in there the previous saturday with the sales woman. OPPS! so now the story changed to that offer was only good on 2 apartments and they were already rented....hmm sounds ala car dealership the bait and swich kings, but at least they give the disclaimer of "1 at this price". all in all i love the di renzo's, hands down the most classy looking apartments i have seen ran by the least classy fools in the business and i chose not to rent there because i could not amagine putting up with 12 months of that BS!

Maybe you should save your reviews for the place that you ACTUALLY live. It might make more sense if you lived here and really knew the place ya know?

i didnt even get a chance to live there, the people that were highered to run the front office turned me off almost instantly. im glad u had a good experiance with them, and i never said the complex was a dump. and i did live in the area at the windemere's which were ran a HELL of alot smoother that the di renzo's. if u dont give a damn about being respected by management when they tell u they are wasting there breathe still talking to u, then go right on ahead and enjoy that abuse!
