THESE APARTMENTS ARE ALRIGHT

I have just moved in Di Renzo apartments and only been living here for a month and a half. I love the apartment no question about it. The complex is peaceful and not a party place. Everyone is friendly around here and the grounds are nice and kept up. When I first moved in one of my kitchen drawers were broken and our garage remote was connected to the one next door. I told the office the first day and they had someone here the next day to fix everything. Also the walls were not patched up from the previous renters so I have to deal with seeing that everyday.
For just living here in the short time I love it but there needs to be security. Cars have been broken into here and the apartments across the street. I am not kidding! there was a total of 6 cars in a matter of a couple days. And one of the cars was my friends. Also i had chairs on my patio that recently got stolen WHILE I WAS HOME. The neighborhood is nice but safety wise I think there are better places that will keep you and your belongings safe. If you do choose to rent here make sure you have a great car alarm if you are not parking in the garage.
As far as the renting price I moved in with a special which is a good deal considering what the original renting price is. I would really look into the safety and if you are considering moving in to Di Renzo talk to some of the renters and ask questions not just the managers.
Parking is not bad as long as you know what time to get home before you are the one parking on the street. there are lots of assigned parking but most of the stalls are always empty.
