Beautiful apartments...slight problems

I lived at DiRenzo for 15 months and I loved it and love it still.

I lived on the 3rd floor so climbing the stairs could get kind of annoying especially when carrying in groceries (no elevators).

My apartment had it's own 1 car garage, I think all of them come with one.

Parking for guests can be a hassle, they usually would have to park on the street.

There are only a handful of unassigned spaces.

All appliances are beautiful, black, new.

Staff is wonderful.

We used to live across the street at Colonnade (beware!!) and when the new management took over (used to be Metric) we heard Metric also managed this complex, so that is why we moved here.

These apartments are much much nicer than Colonnade though.

Got a great rate on our 2 bedroom, but after a year, the price spiked up.

I signed a short term lease for 3 months, and if I had done a month to month, our rent would have been over $1700.

No thanks...so I moved.

I had one other issue since one of our bedroom windows overlooked the stunning dumpster.

People would rummage through the dumpster at all hours for bottles and cans and I called security on them a couple of times when it happened late at night.

Never had any problems with break ins at this complex (but my car was broken into at Colonnade) since I always parked my car in the garage.

Never really saw my neighbors, we only had one on our floor the way it was set up.

Gym was not great only like 2 tread mills, 2 bikes, and an elyptical.

It got broken into while I lived there.

All the free weights and the weight bench were stolen and both the TV's.

Never really used the pool but it never seemed very crowded when I walked by.
Those are pretty much the only bad things.

Again, beautiful apartments, friendly staff, decent grounds (not much landscaping though).

I would definitely recommend these.
