I lived at di Renzo for two years. The complex is nice and I always felt safe. However, whenever interacting with di Renzo management I was always treated in a very condescending manner. The pool was often locked before the 10pm posted closure. One time I was even looked inside at 9 pm and had to climb over the fence just to get out of the pool area. I was also dissatisfied with move-out charges because I was charged for normal wear and tear that occurs after living in a unit for two years.
