I'll add my voice to the noise issue. It's not that the tenants around us were particularly rowdy, it's that the shared surfaces were paper thin and poorly insulated. We could regularly hear phone conversations and TV dialogue from the apartment below, not to mention the bedroom gymnastics from next door.

Maintenance was OK overall. They responded quickly to the minor issues we had. Same goes for the office staff. No problems there.

Fit and finish in our unit was pretty good, but materials and fixtures were cheap. As for the grounds, we thought they were pretty nice around the pool area and only so-so elsewhere.

Overall, I'd call this place average at best. While you have to expect a certain amount of noise from any community where people are stacked on top of each other, the cheap construction at Broadstone really does exacerbate the problem.
