We stayed here for almost 5 months. The managers are friendly and helpful. Our apartment was immaculate with new floors/paint. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. We had no problem with any crime. Tenants were friendly.
The down side of our apartment was the heavy traffic noise from being on the side of Stanford. We were on the first floor. You could hear traffic noise from people above as well as cupboard being closed from next door. The lady above us worked at night and on occasion, she'd wake us up. The office staff immediately talked with her. (The lady above apologized and did her best not to disturb us during the wee hours).
Water is not included in the rent and ours bill was $50-60 a month.
We left the apartment immaculate. We received most of our deposit back.
