Scummy residents everywhere...tweakers, peasants who don't speak English, tons of college guys who have sex with people on their balconies and whose guests pee in the back of the building, parties all the time, weird violent guy in Building 5, scummy teenagers skateboarding and fighting right in front of the office and Building 5 in full view of manager who "couldn't do anything about it", constant loud car stereos, constant loud apartment stereos, gross dirty pool, gross overflowing dumpsters all over the ground, ants all over apartments, rats in Building 5, moldy, windows that leak when it rains, need I SAY MORE''' Oh yes and a revolving door of managers who never did anything about any of the problems.

We moved out November 2005 to Roseville. The end of our hell there.
