Dirty people all over...tweakers, people having sex on their balconies, gross dirty pool and spa that has been marked off limits by the health department approx. four times and whose guests poop and pee in the back of the building and let there dogs poop by the a/c units, parties all the time, parties are ok to a certain extent but when you live 3 buildings away and you can feel the bass from their stereo in your apt. and people screaming thats not ok,eggs being thrown from apt. to apt. Gross overflowing dumpsters all over the ground that three different dumpster divers dig through peoples trash looking for cans and bottles among other things I'm sure. Scummy teenagers skateboarding and fighting right in front of the office and constant loud car stereos, constant loud apartment stereos, ants all over apartments, rats, moldy, windows that leak when it rains, If i plug something in in my bedroom the power in three socket in the living room turn off need there is much more I would say that my two years here have been tramatic to say the least and a revolving door of managers who never did anything about any of these problems.
