This copmlex looks to be about 20 years old and while there has been definite care taken to keep this in shape quite a few things are lacking. First thing I noticed on move in was that the previous tenant was a smoker and there appeared to be no effort given to extracting the smoker smell. The wall were simply painted over and the carpets quickly cleaned. The walls were the next issue. They have the feel of being painted 100 times without refinnishing. Most importantly when the time came for some maintenance everything was done with a bandaide fix. Never was anything fixed properly. I've lived here threw two year leases and won't renew for a third.
