When I first saw the ad in Apartment magazine, Ith thought great an affordable apartment in rocklin, well I was aldo attracted to haveing a gated community, tennis courts, sparkling pool and jacquizze,, excuse me the walk in gate by the street is broken and has been broke for at least a year, the ducks or mallord ruin the pool Its always dirty everyone in the neighborhood usies the pool,there is more people using the pool than there is tennants, the gates to the pool are broke the jacquizzi is never ever warm its a disquistlly brown ! Living upstairs you can never walk around quitly because the floors squeek. In the Apartment guide says there is a tennis court, There is no tennis courts, there is no parking for quest, the older people neighbors are nose"EE, you may come accross some fat chick wondering around with a g string waiting for who knows what, one man tried to sell me oxy cotton i looked at him like he was crazy., if you love to take long showers forget about living here because , THE warm water only works for barely enough time to wash your hair. theres no where to put any thing I mean there is no storage, the upstairs patio is so small, if the downstairs neighbor bar b ques dont leave your door open, these apartments have that cheap apartment carpet that gets dirty easily , did i mention how thin the walss are, ,,,,,so if you need a cheap place to live and want to suffer move to Hidden Grove Apartments in Rocklin CAliforna Home to Rocklin Polices Finest, if your out walking after 10 or so you will get pulled over even if your walking dont matter if your black our white, Rockoin is a yuppy ville so come with your yuppie gear did i mention there racist here, yes, I dont even go to the pool I know the -------- use the pool in groups of 10 will be at the pool and none of them were swim wear,,, THe office keeps saying there going to fix the jacquizze but they havent, if your late for rent though they will file attorneys fees and a 800 dollar rent can turn into 1800 rent...............cant wait to move


O one more thing since they allow pets there are so many dang cats here you will see random cats with no collar, and little dogs, there is no grass to sit, put people out walking there alloweed pet to take a shixnick on the grass right in front of your place ,,,,,,,,,,,, o and people steal your laundry, dont leave your car window open,,,,,,,,,,, other than that its GREAT
DId i mention in the winter water comes through the windows and during that strom water dripped through the ceiling to the middle of my sons bed/. and there is mold from the water still when it came in last year and they have done nothing about it the thing is these are the cheapest apartments around if you dont mind living in a shoe box with no storage and a joke of a patio if any thing live down staris if you handle the walkig above you and the music of your and the security gate is broke.
