THE PUNKS IN THE PARKING LOT ARE SELLING DRUGS .VERY SERIOS PROBLEM

NOT ONLY DO YOU PAY HIGH PRICE FOR AN OLDER APARTMENT WE PAY UP TO $60 A MONTH FOR TRASH, WATER AND SEWER. THE PUNKS IN THE PARKING LOT HANGING OUT AND SELLING DRUGS WITH THEIR LOUD MUSIC ARE FREE.
