Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I've been here for 2 years & I've been satisfied. My only complaint is the $55 a month bill for water/sewage/trash removal. Most places don't charge an extra fee for trash removal. I think it's just a scam to add more to the rent. Other than that, the staff has always been helpful and polite. The last place I lived, North Country Vista in Antelope, wouldn't even accept packages at the office. If you were expecting something from UPS or FedEx you had to make arrangements to be home. Here at Rocklin Gold they're more than happy to accept packages at the leasing office. I'm a single female living by myself, and I've never felt unsafe. I would recommend Rocklin Gold to anyone.
