This place sucked before the new management, and it sucks more after the new management took over

I currently live here, and I hate it!! There are fights in the parking lot in the weekends, people like to rev their engine and peal out at night. The front gate is almost always broken making it hard to get in and out and has almost caused me to get into an accident a few times. They have one maintenance guy who doesnt work on the weekends. I have had the same problem and they have had to come fix it 8 times but refuse to replace the source of the issue. Pot dealers are in and out of here all the time. I find trash on my vehicle in the mornings. Used condoms in the parking lot. The police are here once a week. My wife went to take out the trash one evening and she found grown people "hanging out" in the dumpster. I have lived in apartments all through college in San Diego and the college students were more respectful than the people at this place.
