I have lived at the Rocklin Manor Apts. for 2 years. Everyone that worked in the office was really nice, they were there immediately when I needed help fixing something. Also, when I moved out they were nice enough to give me an extra couple days, prorated of course, but most places demand you out by a certain date. And I received more than half of my deposit back. They only took out a little bit for minor cleaning and a little for the two days I was there after my lease was up. A very great place to live with a quiet community.
