I lived at Rocklin Manor for 9 months and wished I didn't have to leave. I was a single girl at the time and always had an easy time finding people to mingle with at the pool or just walking around. Lots of parking, quiet, and nice clean apartments. Pretty too...and within walking distance of Sierra College and a restaurant or two. Nice staff and they give you a cute little move-in gift (towels, soap, etc) and fixed any problems in my apartment promptly (nothing major). Big closet!
