We just moved from the Bay Area and really enjoyed living here. I had pretty good neighbors (next door had a few parties, but relatively small) who just wanted quiet and to be kept to themselves. We moved out b/c we wanted more room (2X1 is only 750 sq. feet) but the price at the time was unbeatable. Leasing mgr. was awesome, the assistant was pretty rude to us though. The landscape was well kept.
