I have been living there since December 2003. I found that the staff has been very knowlegable and helpful. ( That was the reason that I ended up renting there in the first place.) The maintenance staff has always been quick to respond and very friendly. I recently had to move due to a job transfer but would highly recommend these apartments. If you want great customer service, than this is the place to be.
