I have been renting at Rocklin Ranch for about 7 months now and love it. The staff is very helpful. The grounds are maintained very well. Also maintenance is quick to respond. They also through parties each month for football or basketball games. Rocklin Ranch is a great place to rent from. Hit me up in an email if you have any other questions at brayner@gmail.com
