I would disagree with the last review. I have lived on the first floor since the grand opening a year and a half ago and never once have I had a noise problem. In addition, my apartment feels more like a home. The interior and grounds of the complex are beautiful. Plus it is refreshing to live in a residential area instead of tons of trashy apartments next door.This is definetely luxury living!
