I am in agreement with the last comment. Some staff are rude; in particular one individual is rude all the time (phone etiquette etc.) Maintenance is slower to respond once you become a residence. The place is a little pricey to have very little privacy and having to walk a long distance to your assigned or open parking. I am on the second floor and try to walk lightly but even to me it sounds like I am walking like an elephant. The construction is not that great. Overall it?s bearable and I would not recommend it as it is priced. I give it a rating of 2-1/2. I can't wait until my lease ends.

If a staff member is unprofessional and rude, call her/him out on it, by NAME. This is the forum to do it in, and maybe if they are scolded, they will start behaving a little better...(even I am skeptical about that) but at least you can let everyone else know, including him/her and hopefully embarass the individual enough to behave. Isn't it terrible when you have to "parent" professional contacts?????!!!!!!!!!
