Upstairs noise is only a problem when they have a party which was twice this year. We've lived in soooo many apartments and I would have to say this one is the nicest and I'm pretty picky. It is overpriced. It's a good thing we got 2 months free! We get ants sometimes but they spray weekly and it's not a frequent problem. It's the biggest floorplan I've seen. The office staff has monthly events with free food or pool parties or Kings games. I guess I can't think of anything to warn you about. Every apt. has issues with bugs, noisy neighbors, crime, etc. but so do houses.
Overall, if you can afford it I would live here.
