My old roomate and I were among the first people to move in. Silly girls that we were, we decided to sign a 15 month lease. We paid 1200 a month... you can find NICE houses in Rocklin for around that a month, and not have to deal with the noise, the lack of maintenance efficiency, the overflowing garbage cans, the rude staff, etc. We both had boyfriends, maybe spent about a week a month in the apartment, and left the place SPOTLESS... when we moved they charged us the ENTIRE DEPOSIT $100 for cleaning charges they couldn't support with documentation!!!

Funny, rocklin ranch has never had a 15 month lease, and if you have rented an apartment before, then you would know a $100. deposit would go directly to cleaning, paint, etc. One question "Anonymous" did you win the law suit?
