After reading the comments, I think some people just need to complain about everything. If you are sensitive to noise, hello, don't live in an apartment. If you think paying $1,200. for a 1205 sqft 2 bedroom in ROCKLIN CALIFORNIA is pricey then move back to North Highlands or Citrus Heights and pay $800. for 760sqft.( you get what you pay for) I was in the office the other day to pick up a package and a man was mad at the staff because his floor has a "squeek" in it. He wanted them to tear up the floor and the carpet an redue the layer of concrete between floors...just for a squeek. All I could think was "What a _____!" The office ladys, were so nice and tried to help him but there was no pleasing him. I was here when there was no one and I'm still here when its full, My apartment is great, my parking is close, I LOVE the Events every month, The new concierge services they do my dry cleaning, and Guest suite My sister loved when she was visiting me from Texas, Maintenance is fast to fix stuff, and the ladys in the office..the best customer service I have ever seen in an apartment. Im very happy and recomend it to anyone.
