Okay, just so you know, I do not work for Rocklin Ranch. I really love this place. You know you have a great complex when pretty much the only complaint is noise due to thin walls. I'm upstairs and I sometimes hear my downstairs neighbors, but only when all of our windows are open. We feel extremely safe and comfortable here. We are able to use the pool and spa. The place is silent the majority of the time. The only two complaints I would have are: the walls become easily and mysteriously scuffed and the parking is pretty bad. There aren't a lot of open spaces by the time night rolls around and the assigned spaces are tiny. The girl next to me always parks at an angle and I cannot get my car in. If I do, the support pole is positioned in a weird place. It would be nice if they could do an overhaul. There was confusion amongst the staff about our move in, but they were extremely helpful, polite, and apologetic upon our moving in. We almost moved to The Meridian up the street and this place doesn't get near the bad reviews as that place. Here you are close to everything including the freeway. The inside of the place is very nice and the overall complex is great. Price wise it is great too because there are two of us in a one bedroom. If you have the means or a good roommate, move here. This place is as good as apartments get and I am glad to be here.
