I had a 14 month lease, and moved in about a year after the opened for business. No one had lived in my particular unit. Staff was courteous and pretty much on-the-ball. Tiny workout room, but it has a tv and no one uses it much, so you have the run of the place. Grounds are extremely well kept. Having a garage option is nice too. Roomy floorplans with high ceilings; not vaulted. Decent patio size and ample storage. I don't party, but I do like loud movies at home; no one ever complained to me or about me - I never heard lots of noise, but it's probably because they were no where near capacity. Good move in specials too.
