I highly recommend living here. I lived in the Ranch for 2 years and the management team was extreamely enjoyable. I never had a problem with my apartment from the time I move in and the maintenance team was extreamely nice. They let you paint your apartment and are very pet friendly. There are doggie bags posted all over the grounds for pottie pick up, which also helped with the community cleanliness. If you have a small dog this place is great, there is a small group of pet owners that gather everyday to let they're dogs play together and everyone I've met is very friendly. There is security that patrols the neighborhood every night, not that I've ever seen anything that really needed they're attention.

If I must find anything wrong with this apartment complex, the only things I can really complain about is moving out and parking. Like most places, they do a very extensive inspection of the apartments for clean up, so make sure you really inspect it for problems when you first move in, otherwise you may get tagged with it.

As far as the parking situation, I had a couple of instances where someone had parked in my spot, but when I reported it to the office, they told me to put a letter on the car and if it was parked there again, they would toe it. As far as unassigned parking, it is really hard to find parking after 5pm. But other than that, I really can't say much bad about Rocklin Ranch.
