Nice place to live, a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Rocklin Ranch was not me and my husband's first choice when we were looking for an apartment, but I am glad that we ended up here. The ladies who work at the office are very friendly and nice and whenever you need something fixed, the maintenance people fix it almost always the same day you requested it. Recently ants showed up in our apartment but we signed up for pest control and after they came, we've been ant-free since.

We live in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment, and though the rent is a little higher than other apartments in the area, there is ample space in the apartment. There is a little dining room that wouldn't fit a full-size dining table, but the table we have fits just right. Included in the kitchen is a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and oven, and the cabinets are made out of this nice pear wood. There is a lot of counter space in the kitchen and also in the cabinets. There's even a little window over the sink to look out of.

What I really like about RR is that the apartments come with washers and dryers. We don't own one yet as they are expensive, so this is a great perk. I'm so happy I don't have to use coins to do the laundry.

We have a dog, and the deposit is kinda expensive, but hopefully we'll get that back when we move out. RR is very dog-friendly, they have doggie bag dispensers all over the complex. I just wish they had a little section fenced off for a doggie park. Hopefully someday. I also like that RR has a gym (for free). It's not too big, not too small. I'm just glad they even have that there.

However, the parking and storage situation is a little bit of a problem for me. We have two cars, and we only get one saved spot. There are free spaces all over the complex, but after 5 pm (like someone said before), you're outta luck cause everyone else gets home by then and they take all the spaces. And the storage...that is a little lacking in the apartment. Sure you have walk-in closets in the rooms but what about your other stuff' You have a patio but that's outdoors and it might get rained on. You can rent a storage space but it's expensive...I wish it was included instead.

There are some things that are not too spectacular about Rocklin Ranch, but the good outweighs the bad. I think it's still worth it to rent here.

Excuse me, mikec916! I am not an employee at this place, simply a resident. But it sounds to me like YOU are an employee at a competing apartment complex. Get a grip.

you cant fool us! you work for demmon parnters. that place sucks, both places suck! if your in the market go ahead and ask anyone that you see on either complex ask about mold and crime. or simply go on the crime log for that hellhole! my car was robbed, black mold, cheap appliances, and the master key? you know the drug dealers got one from the old painter chris (the meth user) the truth will only then be told. im a disc jockey not a employee of the competition.
