I've lived at Rocklin Ranch for almost a year and love it here. Compared to floor plans at other complexes, our apartment is huge for a 1 bedroom. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They also offer several bonuses for residents, including a monthly raffle for a discount on your rent. Parking is also good here. I've never had an issue finding a parking space. Sometimes you have to park a ways out, but that happens everywhere at some point. I also feel that it is a very safe place to live. Rocklin, in general, has a very low crime rate. All the apartments come equipped with deadbolt locks, which are much safer than the standard knob lock. Overall, Rocklin Ranch is a great place to live and I will definitely stay here for a while.
