Living here has been a positive experience. The rooms and closets are spacious with high ceilings too. There are fans in every room. The patio is private. Management is friendly and professional. Every month a newsletter is published highlighting important reminders and special events for guests. The grounds are beautiful and there is space between the buildings, so I can actually see the sky. There is a long grassy path that I walk with my kids and it takes us past the well maintained pool/gym to an on-site playground. There is a security service that cruises the complex at night. (Definately Friday and Saturday night, but not sure about the other days.) Maintenence is quick and professional. My only complaint is hearing the upstairs neighbors walking around. Apparently they never hear us, which is amazing since I have young children who know nothing about volume control.
